Have you ever tried RU21 ??? http://www.ru21.com/
Never tried it myself but some friends think it's great. I have an emergency box just in case Panadol is no good

Hehe. A large glass of water before going to bed and maybe a panadol and a coke in the morning normally works for me. Unless the room is spinning and I can't hold the water down

Yeah i do usually drink some water before going to bed. And during the middle of the night i always wake up dying for water too What helps me the next morning is peanut butter on toast, which is what im making now |
