| As she is Martina's hero the question is : What is your fav movie (or movies) with starring her..

 Bonus question for Martina:
Why is she your hero ?

 My answer:
I have seen manay.many movie starring her.
"Foul Play" would be the number 1. She plays, as in so many movies, very convincing the role of an adorable, funny, somewhat naive lady who always accidently lands in some difficult situation..but her charms always win in the end.
(In this movie Dudley Moore is a running gag himself)
 http://movies.yahoo.com/shop?d=hv&id=1800067270&cf=info&intl=us

She is very convincing in playing these kinda roles, specially when she catches somebody with fer big blue eyes... :

She was a sometime ago on Dutch TV ..I saw a fragment, she was still very nice !

| I thought Private Benjamin was funny, HouseSitter and Death Becomes her. But its not because of her movies why i like her. I just like the way she is in interviews, i really cant explain | | _________________

 OK !

I had a look what her biggest movies were (in terms of Gross, US only)

 The top 3 are :

The First Wives Club (1996, 105 billion)
 Bird on a wire (1990, 71 billion)
 Private Benjamin (1980, 60 billion)

 http://www.the-numbers.com/people/GHAWN.html

I thought Foul Play would have been higher but I was wrong.
I only saw one movie from the top3 , Private Benjamin

| Ok, I'm old...but I remember Goldie when she first started out on the TV show "Laugh In". She was the perfect embodiment of the 1960's -- infectious laugh, wicked sense of human, self-deprecating, and looked great in a bikini and body paint. But the most remarkable thing is -- she had the talent and the brains not only to forge a formidable career (Oscar-winning) as an actress, she also became a producer and movie mogul. She is one of Hollywood's most powerful people, even if she only makes the occasional movie (and let's not even talk about "The Banger Sisters"!), and has managed to have a stable family life with Kurt Russell. Want to know how strong she is as a woman and a mother? Look at her daughter, Kate Hudson. Case closed.
You choose your role models wisely, Martina!

Nice info Wally ..and you have your way to let it sound so good.

The reason my eye fell on this pic is that it reminded me of one of Martina's early sets (the bondage set, nr 4). On closer examination Goldie is playing a game on the beach ..but it looks like she is bondaged, I prefer to think so
   Still like the pic though

Nice info Wally ..and you have your way to let it sound so good.

The reason my eye fell on this pic is that it reminded me of one of Martina's early sets (the bondage set, nr 4). On closer examination Goldie is playing a game on the beach ..but it looks like she is bondaged, I prefer to think so
   Still like the pic though

It looks more like the knifethrower circus act.
