I also did have another link (something with Terra) I will look if it adds anything to your link.

 Edit:
The link is http://www.terraserver.com , but you have to subscribe to see clear pictures. I have no subsrciption.

 Hey Bennie!

 I found it!!!
 You should go to www.terradesk.nl
For this one you need a download a free application.
But they have detailed satellite picture of the Netherlands.

Oh also found Londen, but not sure your moms house is on it Martina.

Would be cool if you could find it again. Any idea how you got there?

Been too long ago.... don't remember. I had the link in my favorites, but August 2004 I bought a new computer, and didn't pull the links over. Sorry.

| No, I had another website, not the terradesk. You could zoom in within your IE, not with a downloaded application. | | _________________

| Oh google also added a new feature called hybride maps. Where they put the normal maps over the satellite picture> This makes it much easier to navigate. Google is also adding the UK.
Microsoft hasl come up with their answer called 'Virtual Earth'. They promised to take it even further!?

I'm searching for Hangar 18 now!
   |
I think some people have found it!
The American Government is known to have secret facilities in the Nevada desert NW of Las Vegas.

There are some interesting things you can find there on Google maps.
 Check out this site

Also try earth.google.com Even more worldwide detailed maps and 3D flights. You can zoom in on your house from space!
