I´ve been a member for over a year now, and now i have lost my creditcard, so i have to get a new one, but i was just wondering if there is anyway that i could change the creditcard number to the new one when i get it, so that i dont have to cancel my subscription and start a new one?

You've been a member of which site exactly?

This general's forum is shared on many websites.

Alleybaggett.net

Hi Dempa_Boy.

You need to visit Alley's support page:
http://www.alleybaggett.net/support/index.html
And use the appropriate contact email address.

I'm going to move this thread to Alley's general forum. And maybe Rick Cage can help you.

Ronald, I've the same problem for the alleybaggett.net, I send a mail and I've no answer. I paste here my mail to the webmaster after an exchange with Ccbill:

"Hello,

I have a problem with Ccbill. I have changed the credit card I used to pay every month my subscription. I write to Ccbill and the answer is: cancel your subscription and make a new subscription. A little problem with the Alley site if I do this: I lose my loyal member privilege and for the first month the new subscription is more expensive. Dou you have a different solution?

Thanks. Best regards"

Can you help me? Thanks

Confused Confused I'm going to have the same problem! My bank has changed my credit bank for a new one with chips (the new technology) that I'll receive next week! Of course I'll subcribe again but it's a pity to lose the status of loyal member! Sad

ps : giampero, it's strange that Rick doesn't answer! He helped me a time ago for a problem with subscription company (thanx again)! Very Happy Maybe he's on holliday ? (merited with the fine work he does with the website)! Wink

Had the same issue. I contacted Alley's support email address and Rick was able to re-instate my loyal status. (Which reminds me, my card expires in 2 months) Shocked

I just resent it again. Word of advice, don't post your email address in forums or the net for that matter.

If the numbers change, you definitely have to rejoin. I think if the numbers are the same & only the expire date is differ, it should be ok.(my 2 cents).
