Hi everyone,
Alley's expressed her interest in cooking in the past and I was wondering if anyone would like to swap recipes and cooking tips. There's plenty of diversity in the people who post here so if there's enough interest this thread could become an international banquet!
I'll kick things off with something quick and easy. You'll never see me appear on "The Iron Chef" but I was raised by a professional cook.
Mushrooms Kilpatrick.
Can be served as an entree ,with a steak, or use smaller mushrooms and serve them up as appertisers. You'll need-
Tomato,BBQ and Worcestershire sauce
bacon
mushrooms
Wash, peel and stalk your mushrooms. combine sauces in equal quantities. Add finely chopped bacon.Spoon onto your upturned mushrooms and grill them to they start to toast.Yummo! Ezipezi. |

...I didn't expect this topic on this forum...
Here goes: "boerenommelet" (that's Dutch for farmers stired eggs)
Need: eggs (plenty); couple slices of bread (whatever kind you prefer); slices of cheese; slices of ham.
baking pan on heater, put some butter in it, put the ham and cheese in the pan, stir eggs in a cup, throw it over the ham and cheese.
Drop pan content on slices of bread when eggs are done. Bon appetite. |

I'm sensing the beginning of "Iron Chef, The World Edition". |
