"One of my brothers was blinded when he was 17, but he always seemed to stay the same, not much was different with him except he read in Braille and couldn't ride a horse. I don't think there's much any of us can do except wait for the storm to stop."

Abigail looked around the room and then moved to the window, she pulled back the curtains which covered it and revealed a view of the town, it was pouring down from the heavens like it was wet season. she huffed, knowing it could be hours before it stopped.

Shane stood in the middle of the room. A smile crossed his face as he listened to the drumming of the rain on the window, the roof, even the street outside.

With his words finished, he closed the door and his boot plods could be heard going down the stairs shortly after.

Abigail said as she patted Shane on the back. She made her way to the bathroom and entered, closing the door behind her.

"Alright," Shane replied as the rabbit left him alone. The wolf moved about slowly, getting to know the obstacles of the room then finally sat in a nearby chair and leaned back in it to listen to the rain.
