I haven't posted since 2005, I am not saying this on a whim...

Photo sets for the past few months have been a letdown.

Our favorite gal is as cute as ever, but it kind of sucks when theres only one or two really good shots in a set.

Opinion? Look at G-Spot. Look at the very last photo. Then look at the rest. Compared to the last, the others suck, and you can only see half of Alley in the end shot. The picture is almost not even porn, and it's the most erotic there.

The only truly worthy picture is the last one, in G-Spot.

I understand this type of work is extremely stressful, and I apologize for interrupting the constant fawning (to which I am guilty of also).

Alley Hotness - 5 Stars

Recent Sets - 2 Stars

It's the bad non-emphasizing angles, the chosen poses, the lack of any variety of scenery. Things like that.

Rolling around in water with a huge haircut and not getting your hair wet at all... it's a total piss off to get to the end of the set only to get a "better luck next time".

The last real quality sets were probably "Kinky", "Candy", or "Roman Love" last fall.

It's like a game of hit or miss these days. It's the way the sets are done.

I bought a membership repeatedly since 2000 to be Enchanted.

Now provided this post isn't deleted in five minutes, there's going to be a wave of people fawning and professing their undying love for every photo.

Most of them will always say that, under any circumstance.

Alley we all love you, you are hot as hell, hot as ever, but lately the sets noticeably diminished compared to past sets.

Wow....well, I'm certainly glad you've shared your opinion and no...I'm not going to delete it.

I'm sorry that you feel this way. I really am!

My opinion is the opposite of yours...however. I believe there are some VERY VERY good sets since last fall. In each set....just like any other set that's out there....there are some images that are better then others....but they are all good. For each set and any other set that's out there....there's always that 1 amazing AMAZING image. When you are a photographer and shooting for a magazine...let's say...you are always shooting to try to get that 1 AMAZING AMAZING image. In the middle of trying to get that amazing image....you should be left with a handful of 2nd runner ups....and then be left with 3rd runner ups. Photography is a hit and miss most of the time. We are always striving for perfection but sometimes we do miss the mark and it's okay as long as there are others in the set that hit it.....RIGHT ON IT. For me we have some 1st prize winners in each set. We have some 2nd prize winners and 3rd prize winners too.

I'm sorry my photos/poses have not satisfied you lately. I always try my best!

I can't agree with you about 2 more things.... My poses and G SPOT.
I think my poses are some of the most unique there are. I try to pose in ways that is not "typical." For example....I don't just stand there with my hands on my hips and etc. I really try to be different. Doing the same typical poses is boring for me. So for me...when I'm going through my pictures and looking at the poses.....I get REALLY happy/excited when I see something different. I would think most people do to. As for G SPOT....I think that is one of the BEST sets....without a doubt! I love softness and sharpness all in one, I love the tones, I love that I'm naked, tan lines....I love the fact that I have dry and fully wet hair in the set and I love the fact.....that I was pleasuring myself. I mean....who can not love that???? Actually someone else had mentioned that they loved that last shot too. Personally I think it's okay. I think it says....Wow....that was a good session but It wasn't the climax of the set....for me. I think there were way better pictures then that one. I love the ones that have all the little bubbles in the shot....and have an outline of the body.....with full lips. I think those shots were HOT!

I understand everyone has different taste and opinions and that's okay.....but there is NO way that I can agree with you on this.

There is nothing wrong with them enjoying what they see and sharing their feelings about it....just like there is nothing wrong with you not enjoying what you see and you sharing your feelings about that here. Hey good points all around. A lot of people have expressed some disappointment with the recent photosets, and a lot of people have expressed satisfaction with the same sets. I just think that it's a credit to Alley's creativity that she's constantly trying different things. It's really easy to find something that works for the majority and stick with it as long as you can. That's the safe thing to do. I applaud Alley for trying things that might not be as popular, and then continuing to push those styles until she is able to make them work. I also love the way Alley doesn't shy away from criticism. She's always open to our ideas, our likes and our dislikes and she's shown a consistent commitment to give us what we want while still trying to be true to her creativity and the things she wants to do as a model. I think this is the best model site I've ever been a part of and I hope it continues on in the fashion that it's been following for the last three years.

You both make a lot of good points.

My intent was to make mention, that Sets have been a bit diminished as of late. And emailing Rick Cage didn't exactly seem like the best thing to do...

Some of the wording I used I started to rethink even as I was typing. I definitely say G-Spot is by far the best set in a long time. So by the end I was thinking, man maybe I should pick on a different set. Then I looked at that last shot again.

I left it because I wanted to capture a bit of the frustration I was having.

And all the "BAD SETS" are actually smokin hot sets, just not as hot as weeks past in my opinion.

There's prolly a load of people who don't post here but are members. I just saw something that was irking me and decided to make mention of it.

AS opposed to... the typical... hey I'm a huge jerk and you suck...

Or... somehow becoming discontent enough to buy elsewhere.

One thing I do enjoy about this forum is that there really isn't much flaming that goes on here. This is a pretty adult group of people who are mature enough to express their opinions and agree or disagree with the opinions of others without slinging a bunch of insults. I think that if you want to really say what's on your mind concerning the photos, behind the scenes clips, or any other subject that comes up on this forum, you can do so without worrying that you'll be flamed out of your seat. This is really a great forum. Cool

Well, I loved "G Spot," and in general I think the recent sets have been great. They seem a bit more daring, and some of the outfits have been really neat -- e.g., the outfit in the very first set of the year, "Diamond."

That said, my one request is that it would be nice to see a few more full-frontal nude shots. One thing I especially liked about G Spot was the comparative lack of clothing -- but even so, we couldn't quite see all of Alley. There were one or two nice frontal nude/topless shots in "Kinky" last fall, and I loved those. I especially liked "Candy", especially shots like 012546 and 48, traditional hot-babe-in-bed-with-legs-somewhat-spread shots. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy it when our Queen teases us with an article of clothing covering her midriff or whatever, but the occasional nakey or just plain naughty shot is fun too. Smile

Mostly, though, I want our Queen to complete her healing process and feel 100% again. Smile

i honestly thought all the photosets look hot!!

please give alley a break i am sure she is doing the best she can!
i model and i know how tough it is to get one good shot in!!!
very hard!

th world isn't perfect.....

but then again in my eyes she is perfect to me!!

i do have one suggestion though is i would like to see her talk on video like a real behind the scene where she is herself and being goofy..i love her voice too!!

i think it would be fun to see a clip of her talking about the shoot or anything like that!

Well, I have to agree with the original poster but I'll refrain from going into further detail because I've already stated my views in a similar thread several weeks ago.

And, I just want to add that it's great to see Alley back, fit & healthy following the surgery. The world would be poorer for your absence. Smile
