Hello all
I know not if such a set already exists, or if it has been suggested before, but now I make sure that it has 
Alley, dressed in the white, sparse dress of a hawt, sexeh nurse, checking herself up for breastcancer, feeling, kneading, caressing her own breasts whilst looking at herself in the mirror, driving her to unknown heights of sexual arousal... I, for one, would love to receive a full physical at the hands of nurse Alley  |

You do realise WJ , that a full physical examination includes a per rectal digital inspection ?
