there was a time....relates a character in "MOON OVER PARADOR"... one of my favorite movies...
"Laura Nyro", hope you never heard of her...

Hi Alley,
Guys,
Hey you guys I apologise it's been a month I thought everybody would forget it...
I had written Alley this really great post one night and I hoped you all would relate anyway because I was so bombed at the time 3 am my laptop went south and it dropped this really great, articulate, lovingly humble message to the lady. So, continuing in my sub normal state, I, at the same time found some Laura Nyro records which I really like and humming along I wrote this incoherant note. Hope that explains my frame of mind as if anybody really gave a ...
It is however a fitting gesture to the young lady that I associated her with such an extraordiary talent as Ms Nyro who died of cancer some years ago... good songs, good music and goooood feeelings...
"Time and Love" etc. "New York Tenderby" lots of stuff by the Fifth Demension if you can remeber who they were? |
