| I upgraded my quicktime plug-in,and still don't get the video,the screen comes up and audio play, anyone else having this problem? |

| The new video clips utilize the H.264 codec. Make sure that you have at least version 7.0.2 of QT installed. Try clearing your browsers cache, then restart your computer. Check your browsers preferences to make sure that .mov files will play using the quicktime plugin. Having the latest browser versions helps also. I recommend using Firefox or Netscape, or even Safari if you're on a Mac. |
