Hey guys, lately i've been suffering from a lot of fear and paranoia. Most of it having to do with what the news says is going on in the world, It has gotten so bad that it has become extremely difficult for me to live life and enjoy myself. I just wish it would stop and that i wouldn't get so sucked into those kinds of things so often. I just don't know what to do.
