The widest bridge on Earth, called the Port Mann Bridge in Vancouver, Canada, has been shut down after being open for over a mere two to three weeks. The reason? Apparently, the bridge had a design flaw that would result in large ice bombs falling into pedestrians and cars. Two people have already been sent to the hospital because of them.
