I think the game looks great even if it has'nt come out just yet. Even still, some of the stuff I know the company has done I don't quite agree with. I won't, however, make the final judgement till I play the game. |

I look forward to the improved Forge World. Some excellent features have been added and I can't wait to test them out. |

My only gripe is the loss of the actual infection mode and the complete downsizing of the vehicle sandbox. |

I know that its replaced with the flood mode, but what I have researched is that the weapons the infected cannot wield weapons any kind of weapon other than their stabby spike arms. |

Yeah... Cos that's SO much different from always and only wielding an energy sword. |

There are other gametypes that are based around infection. Trash Compactor, Fatboy, Predator, and tons of others. |

If they have been removed, they probably weren't as popular as the regular infection. If they were as popular, they have probably been overhauled as well. |

Halo Reach was honestly very bad to me. I did'nt quite feel like the super soldier that we could have been in the other titles. |

I'll be sure to let you guys know how Halo 4 handles, in a couple of hours.
If I'm not too distracted, that is. |

I'll have Halo 4 in my console in less than 2 hours. |

Working my way through the campaign...
It feels like a whole new game.
Though, I do wish I could get the crouch function off of B and the sprint off of Left Thumbstick... a little disorienting when I want to switch grenades and end up crouching... Haven't got the sprint yet, but I imagine sprinting when I want to crouch is going to take some getting used to as well. |

I'm really impressed with how the game plays, though I hate Complex the level as I kept getting camped as soon as I spawn in by the guys who always constantly sit on top of a roof. |

I don't mind Complex. First time I played on it I had a really nice run.
Abandon can go F itself, though. So terrible on that map.
Ragnarok is awesome, though.
How do you like Flood, Rune? Have you tried it, yet?
Oh, don't forget about Spartan Ops. I'm working my way through the first chapter right now. |

I hate it because its so easily exploited because of that one roof. When you die, you get spawned in a pretty open area and more times than i care to they kept team shooting me before I could get myself into some decent cover.
Abandon could be worse, though its intended for Flood I think.
Never played Ragnarok yet.
I love Flood. Word to the wise, the thrust back is very useful since you can thrust and slash in very quick succession. |

Apparently, you have to get to SR-50 before you can unlock the use of the specializations in the game. Unless of course if you have gotten the limited edition of the game, you get to use one much earlier. Right now I'm a little over halfway there at SR-26. |

I'm not really sure what's going on with the specialisations. The Limited Edition pack gave me a code to access all the specialisations, even before they get released to the general public. But they are all locked. I was automatically locked on the "SR Recruit" specialisation.
I was under the impression that the specialisations were going to be a seperate thing that could be leveled up alongside your levels. But at present, I'm inclined to believe that the specialisations are in fact our levels. Once the default "Recruit" hits 50, I reckon the others will unlock to permit choosing, at which time we will essentially relevel from 40 to 50 (as it has been stated that each specialisation will take about the time it takes to get from 40 to 50 to level it up).
So, essentially, we'd be doing the level 40 to level 50 hike about 8-10 times in order to max out each of them. Should keep most people busy... at least those who aren't elitists that sit around 24/7 playing H4.
What I'm curious about, though, is how the SR lvls compare to the ranks of Reach. I wonder what Reach rank would be the equivilant of SR 50. I've hit SR 26 now and am still chewing through ranks at a relatively decent pace. But I don't expect that to continue for much longer. |

I have'nt quite dipped into my double xp reserves just yet. I have a bunch of codes, but have'nt put them in, if they have'nt already expired. |
