Leaf had just set his glass down when he felt something soft brush against his leg. A look of surprise flashed briefly for a moment before he felt his cheeks getting warm.

"Was that? No, it couldn't have... Probably just imagining things."

"Ah, y-yes. Of course, Miss Katrin. I'll be more than happy to do so."

Katrin smiled at him as she saw him blushed. Gets up from her seat and causes her breast to bounce some as she stands up. "Thank you, what would you like to show me first?"

Leaf got up out of his seat, trying to focus his eyes elsewhere. He pushes his chair in and walks over to Katrin.

"Well, I think I'll show you where the different rooms of the apartment are for you. Shall we?"

He offers his hand to the vixen,

Katrin blushes and takes his hand and follows him to the rooms. Swaying her tail from side to side and rubbed it along his leg also.

Leaf felt his face warm up as Katrin's tail rubbed along his leg. He opened a door adjacent of the guest room and gestured towards it with his free hand.

"This is the restroom here. It's not as extravagant as others, but cozy..."

The bathroom contained a cast iron claw foot bathtub, an ordinary sink with a mirror and a nearby vanity for storing perfumes and other toiletries. The walls were lined with light blue and white striped wallpaper.
