I know Serena has already posted the announcement regarding this, I but want to reemphasize and make my own official statement on the subject matter.
Fans are welcome to create their own newsgroups / mailing list / websites talking about Vixine. Freedom of speech is something we respect.
However, we want it to be known that anything beyond the Vixine.com messageboard are considered UNOFFICIAL. You may post announcements here mentioning these sites, but it does not mean it is official. Our moderators may occassionally participate in your discussion but again, it does not mean it is official (or semi-official).
Secondly- We want to stress the IMPORTANTS RULES!
1. NO COPYRIGHTED PICTURES/ARTWORK may be posted or distributed on your newsgroup or mailing list or website. All Vixine artwork are copyrighted respectively by the owner and artists involved. DO NOT repost artwork.
2. DO NOT TRADE PASSWORDS or SHARE PASSWORDS.
3. YOUR CONDUCTS MUST BE NON PROFITTING. If you are profitting from whatever it is you're doing, then this no longer is considered fan support but copyright infridgement. Legal actions will be taken. Feel free to write your own fan fictions about Vixine. Feel free to drawn your own artwork about Vixine. But do NOT resell or charge people for your work.
4. YOU MUST CREDIT your work appropriately to the VIXINE.COM or VIXINETALES.COM website. For instance.. Vixine characters: Vixine, Gloril, Gonad, Buford, and Asheer are copyrighted by Martin A. Day and Federico Panella. VixineTNG characters are copyrighted by Ronald Trang. VixineTales characters are copyrighted by Federico and Serena.
5. REQUEST PERMISSION - When in doubt, email us or post on our messageboard your questions and/or requests. |
