My god, I was a bit skeptical about purchasing this game for my xbox 360. It looked a bit better than 12, but not by much, but the moment that the loading screen finished and the scenes unloaded, I was so astounded by the rich beauty, the emotion driving the characters, and the combat system made me not regret it again.
It seems so far very linear, and they did away so far with talking to other characters, but the new Crystellium system is so well designed, its like it takes a life of its own. |

Just saw a commercial for it. Not a big fan of the series, but I have to admit, those cinnematics look outstanding... almost as if Crytek did them.

I heard some of the voice acting was kinda bad XD
wonder how bad?
Bad as Resident Evil 1?
Mostly I only like FF 7 and never played the rest.
well 8 was good too, and thats about it for me.
And witch game was it?... FF 10 had a "part 2"? lol
first game I ever heard that had a "part 2" with the same
Cast.
But I'm waiting for a Final Fantasy 7 Remake if they ever makes it...
Or a Bushido Blade 3
Part 1 was ok, Part 2 was much better. |

Looked it up and found that it's multiplatform. PS3 version will be a single 25gb disk, while the 360 one will have multiple disks. Unfortunatly for Sony fans, this means longer load times, but Microsoft fans will have to keep popping in different disks. |

I never own a psp,
that was like a prequel story,
and I don't think Dirge of Cerberus didn't count much...
as it was a shooter, not a rpg. |

Funny eh?
Long ago Final Fantasy games on the ps1 had to pop in like 4 disk
to play the whole game.
And really? Ps3 might have longer loading time?
I thought It's Blue Ray Player Driver would read faster then a Normal Dvd Driver?...
well it depends how good is the driver...
Like updated remodeled consoles with 15-25 percent faster loading time
and System Fixes. |

Square Enix had said that they used a duel layer Blue-Ray disk to fit the whopping 25gb of game onto one disk. |

I miss the old days when
Square Enix was
Square Soft
and the games were better back then. |

I just ordered ff13 for the xbox. I was talking with a couple of my classmates. They really seemed to like the new battle system, or rather they at least didn't hate it. They said that it gets to be a little tricky with .... uh what was it called a swap maneuver that allows you to chain attacks faster. In any case, apparently you have to get around 30 hours in before the game really opens up.
All in all I'm looking forward to it.
and for faves i'd have to say ff VII, X and XII. |

Old Rpgs I have.
Final Fantasy 7
Vagrant Story
Koudelka.
Played but not owned
Legend of Legaia
XenoGears
Final Fantasy 8.
Newer Rpgs or games with a Rpg Elements
The Bard's Tale
Marvel: Ultimate Alliance
Champions: Return to Arms
FallOut BrotherHood Of Steel
Dirge of Cerberus .... It was pretty good kinda odd because...
base on FF7 but you only can play as 1 or 2 different main characters
in a 3rd person shooter.
Hunter: The Reckoning Wayward
Ratchet and Clank a awsome rpg shooter game.
... DevilMayCry and Onimusha kinda counts
they do got the upgrade rpg like system. |

Actually a question to whoever has FF XIII, is it good besides the graphics?
Some of me friends said they took out the world exploring and its likes just one path most the game and pretty short? |

Its three discs long, and so far, I'm set on a linear path, but maybe after awhile, there will be an open world system to explore. |
